How many reusable spools should I keep?
Many AMS users start with 4–8 empties so colors rotate while others dry or remount. Count active AMS slots, then add a couple extras for drying and remount downtime.

Do these inventory spools ship pre-wound?
No: empty spools only. You remount filament onto them as stock arrives.
